1. Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not ship outside the US at this current moment.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer FREE US Shipping on all orders over $90.

3. How do I edit my order if I spelt my address wrong?

Please email us as soon as possible so we can change the address on your order. Shipping addresses can only be changed within 6 days of ordering. 

4. When will my order arrive?

 Please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. All custom orders require a processing time of 2-3 weeks. This can vary depending on production demand. We assure you it will be worth the wait!

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s). You can click on the link in the email which will take you to the USPS website, allowing you to track your order. 

Please Note: Multiple items ordered together under one order, may be sent separately. This is to avoid a back log as all items are custom made. Please look out for your other tracking numbers if this is the case.

Warranty Policy:

Our 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects or material issues, such as broken clasps, tarnishing, or engraving errors. If your personalized necklace experiences any of these issues within the first year, we'll repair or replace it for free. However, the warranty does not cover accidental damage, lost items, wear and tear from extreme conditions, or damage resulting from improper care. Please follow our care instructions to ensure your jewelry stays in the best condition.
